Body Scan Meditation: Being Present in the Moment
The body scan is a component of mindfulness meditation and is intended to bring our awareness to the different regions of our body. In so doing, it allows us to experience how each part feels, without trying to change anything. Just being with what is present, provides an opportunity to experience our body as it is, without judging or trying to change it
