Guided Meditation/Chanting: Shifting from Sound to Silence

This is a guided meditation with chanting.   Along with other benefits, it has been shown that certain sound vibrations help bring the mind to a state of calmness and peace.  When this happens it is easier to meditate allowing us to go deeper into the silence of our journey.
