Facilitated by a Licensed Spiritual Practitioner, all our meditations are FREE to attend.
Every Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m.
45 minute meditation
Every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m.
20-minute meditation before our Celebration Service which includes live music and guest vocalists from around the city. The third Sunday of every month is a 30 minute Peace meditation at 10:30 a.m.

There are many different ways and techniques to journey inward—one of the most popular being Meditation. Meditating impacts every aspect of our being – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Benefits of meditation
There are over 3000 scientific studies on the benefits of meditation including feeling happy, calm, peaceful and a more profound sense of connection to oneself and others.
The themes and style vary according to the practitioner leading the session. You may experience, such as: Mantra Meditation, Heart Focused, Mindfulness or Guided Visualization or a Silent Meditation.
