Helen Valleau, RScP - Spiritual Director

Helen Valleau believes that every person has the potential to live a life of genuine happiness, purpose, and abundance and the teachings of New Thought is an avenue to awaken those possibilities.  A member of The Centre for Spiritual Living since 2008, Helen served on the board of Directors, five years as President from 2009 - 2014. During that time she became a licensed Spiritual Practitioner and entered her Ministerial studies at Emerson Theological Institute with Rev. Dr. James Mellon in 2015.

As a Minister, Speaker, Teacher, Coach, Certified Heart Math Trainer and Supervising Teacher for Hoffman Institute Canada,  Helen is passionate about uncovering how our limiting beliefs hold us back from taking action and living life from our heart. The Science of Mind, New Thought Teachings taught at this centre serve as the foundation for Helen’s life’s work. Her inspiration brings new clarity and consciousness to people's lives and businesses.

She founded her Coaching and Speaking business in 2010 and published her first book: A year of possibilities; a workbook that provides a structured, daily practice to support people in taking action and manifesting their vision. Her second book, 100 Minutes of Inspiration, provides a daily reminder that you can change your life.

In  2017, Helen became the  Spiritual Director of the Centre for Spiritual Living Toronto.
